KOTITI not only conducts tests for food and livestock products as an Authorized Testing & Inspection Institute designated by Korea Ministry of Food and Drug Safety, but also offers special technical services for quality assurance and safety management according to the Food Sanitation Act and the Livestock Products Sanitary Control Act.

    • Livestock: suppliers of the livestock related products must conduct self-inspection test to check its conformity with enforced regulations. However, if self-inspection is not available, it can be consigned to the authorized institute to meet essential requirements.

    • Nutrient Analysis

      Nutritional analysis for calories, moisture, ash, carbohydrate, saccharide, dietary fiber, crude protein, crude fat , saturated fat , trans fat, DHA, EPA, omega 3 fatty acids, cholesterol, sodium, calcium, selenium , minerals, vitamins, etc.
    • Hazardous Substances Analysis

      Harmful substances such as fungal toxin, lead, cadmium, arsenic, mercury, formaldehyde, bisphenol A , PCBs, dibutyl tin compound, methanol, benzopyrene, melamine, 3-MCPD, 1-hexene, 1-octane, fluorescent whitening agent, etc.

      Microorganism including Total colonies, total coliforms, E. coli., Enterohemorrhagic E. coli, C. perfringens, S. aureus, Vibrio parahaemolyticus, Listeria monocytogenes, Campylobacter jejuni, Yersinia enterocolitica, Shigella, etc.
