Businesses that manufacture or process food, health functional foods, food additives, utensils and packaging, or livestock products, or operate ready-to-eat food manufacturing/processing, or import/sell private-label foods, must regularly test whether their products meet the required standards and specifications.

What is Agricultural Product Safety Testing?
Designated by the National Agricultural Products Quality Management Service, this test checks whether agricultural products contain harmful pesticide residues, heavy metals, or hazardous microorganisms.
With the implementation of the Pesticide Positive List System (PLS), any pesticide without a domestic residue limit is managed under a uniform standard of 0.1 mg/kg or less.
