In accordance with 「Act on Registration, Evaluation, etc of Chemicals」Article 16 and 34 in Subparagraph 2, the person
who produces or imports products of risk concern must obtain testing or inspection reports from laboratories approved
by the Korean government in every 3 years.
Any person who violates the law shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than 7 years or by a fine not exceeding 200 million KRW: based on chapter 8 of 「 Act on Registration, Evaluation, etc of Chemicals 」
