Education and Training

“KOTITI Testing & Research Institute provides training and education in order to improve the capability of employees who work in the textile industry.”

The training is divided into two parts; Consortium for HRD (Human Resources Development) ability magnified program and company based oriented training curriculum.

Consortium for HRD ability magnified program supported by the Ministry of Employment and Labor is performed by the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry as an operating agency and KOTITI as a partner institution running several curricula for free.

The company oriented training curriculum can be carried out in case of unavailability in participation of consortium for HRD ability magnified program or if company is willing to select the subjects depending on the working characteristics of their company. In addition, these courses can be organized after having consultation with training administrator to achieve greater results of the training.

Consortium for HRD ability magnified program

This program is a representative job ability development training project of Republic of Korea which supports training infra and funds co-training of many small and medium sized companies that established a consortium agreement of human resources development. This project has been performed to expand participation of training, to develop professional human resources in strategic industry, and to establish the local job training foundation.

Company based oriented training curriculum

Company based training curriculum is a training program for companies that are unavailable to participate in Consortium for HRD ability magnified program or required to attend certain subjects depending on the characteristics of a department or a team. After consulting with a training administrator, the program will be scheduled at a certain time customized with requested contents of the company.
