Zellweger Uster's Delta 200 is the most flexible and efficient drawing machine currently on the market. Warp yarns are automatically drawn into either flat steel heddles with open C or J shape end eyes or flat steel heddles with closed dyes. A drawing capacity of up to 200 yarns per minute is possible from one or two warp sheets. Uster's Warplink allows for rapid style changes. It is positioned on front of the reed and ensures constant warp thread tension, easier and faster weaving of the new warp, and less warp end breaks. The Uster Topmatic is suitable for weaving mills tying both coarse and fine yarns. Topmatic models wiht process control feature improved supervision of warp yarns and monitoring of yarn tension.
