The Radici polyester, nylon 6 and polypropylene fibre works have a compact line developed by Noy Vallesins Engineering srl where the viscosity of the polymer reaching the extruder is 0.58-0.08 Ⅰ.Ⅴ. The yarn waste recovery area handling round block polymer, spinning waste and compacted PES film, bottles and ground preforms has a short spinning line producing mass dyed fibres of 2.5-20dtex titre. The PES staple line capacity is 400-1300kg/h.
