The EREMA process is an efficient and effective method for recycling manmade fibers and packaging wastes. The EREMA process uses an inline extrusion device that creates clean pellets directly from polypropylene, polyethylene, and polyethylene terephthalate films, fibers, or scrap bottles. Compared with other recycling processes, the EREMA process features lower operating costs, smaller space requirments, no dust emissions, and lower noise levels. Remaplan injection/compression molding machines can be connected to an EREMA extruder using a specially designed accumulator. The Remaplan accessory permits a single technician to process scrap materials directly into finished pellets in one operation.
