The EFS Cotton Fiber Management System, designed by Cotton Incorporated, is a family of software programs that assists cotton growers and cotton ginners in using USDA high volume instrument (HVI) data to improve cotton system processing and management. The GINNet system supplies the following information: USDA HVI data, producer identificantion, farm identification, field identification, seed cotton variety, CCC Premium/Discount loan schedules, gin production, lint weight, data of production, and module/cart information. GINNet groups different producers, farms, or fields to analyze them as a single entity. In addition, GINNet generates a variety of text based reports, including CCC Premium/Discount tables, variety analysis indexes, producer comparisons, bale quality comparisons, and shift productivity comparisons.
