A Survey of French textile machinery slated to be exhibited at ITMA 1995 previews a variety of machines from the NSC Group, including the PB 32 combing machine and GV 20 vertical gill from Schlumberger; carding lines for natural and synthetic long staple fibers from Thibeaue; and integrated items for needle punched, thermobonded, saturate bonded, or hydroentangled nonwovens from Asselin, Ateliers De Belmont has developed the RN38 tangential rolling machine, a new winding system for delicate textiles and large diameter rolls. Superba will exhibit heat setting and steaming equipment for carpet yarns, machine knitting yarns, and hand knitting yarns, as well as automatic laboratory devices to monitor textile yarns and rovings. Additional French exhibits at ITMA 1995 will include textile waste recycling systems from Laroche, ultrasonic equipment for the cutting and sealing of thermofusible products from Calemard, dyeing and bleaching equipment for wet treatment of textiles from SMTI, and continuous dyeing ranges with Pad Steam Process for narrow fabrics from Sodemetex. Comeureg will introduce Microprog Axane, a computer aided design system that provides the dyer with an intelligent supervision tool.
