A structured fibre material having a three-dimensional network comprises first non-elastic, crimped, short fibres ad second three-dimensionally-crimped, composite fibres. The fibres are partially interlocked with each other and partially heat-bonded to each other at their points of contact. The second fibres are composed of a non-elastic polymer and a thermoplastic elastomer having a melting point at least 40℃ lower than that of the polymer constituting the first fibres. IPC D04H.
