Newly developed nonwoven products can be manufactured from textile waste materials. Several processes used to manufacture these nonwoven fabrics are described. The operation of foam padders and mixers, dryers with IR preheating, perforated drum dryers, winding devices, and multipurpose lines for the production and bonding of waste fiber webs is described.
