a method has been developed for recording the local disturbances of equilibrium between the electron subsystem and the crystal lattice of films and the disperse particles of polymers governing the efficiency of technological operations being accompanied by electron subsystem perturbations, for instance, the quaternization of ternary nitrogen applied in the fabrication of artificial leather, hydrophobic coatings, glues, polyurethane ionomers, and other materials. a probing ultrasonic (us) pulse is sent to the specimen being checked. the physicochemical parameters of the specimen are changed so that in the presence of electrons therein that lose connection with the crystalline lattice, an ensemble of them could lose stability and emit electromagnetic waves that are excess as compared with the thermal electromagnetic radiation. for this, an external magnetic field whose induction b is varied within the limits from zero to hundredths of a tesla is imposed on the specimen parallel to its surface
