the experimental results suggest that the effect of plasma on polymers in a field of research not only very interesting but also very useful. a prospective application in the finishing of textile fabrics was found and the use of plasma for a temporary change of the surface properties of polymers during their technological processing seem very promising. the grafting of acrylic acid and polyester and polypropylene has brought very interesting results the grafting initiated by plasma has several aspects that justify the belief in its more extensive application in future
