experimental solar greenhouse for drying of astrakhan fells is described. solar drier represents a metalwork 22 m**3 in volume, covered by a window pane 3 mm in thickness, and working by $double prime$ hot box $double prime$ principle. the solar greenhouse provides drying of both astrakhan fells and a series of building materials (wood, bricks), farm products (cotton, apples, apricots, tomatoes, etc). results of full-scale tests of the above-mentioned solar energy system, carried out in may-november, 1990, are presented. it is shown that drying of astrakhan fells in solar greenhouse promotes 2 times increase of drying process as compared to open-air drying and permits to dry realize drying from march till december. 4 refs. in russian
