the development of organic polymer materials is characterized by the combination of different polymers and the formation of compounds with spheric particles (filling) and reinforcement with fibers. it is demonstrated that an efficient combination requires chemical modification to increase compatibility of the interfaces the necessity of the development of a high-efficiency technology for the transfer to production is elaborated. it is concluded that the result for the material development is given, if the parameters of the polymer materials and the expense for their production are in accordance with the usage values of the final products.
