sanitary and hygienic conditions in shops of modern cotton plants do not entirely satisfy the hygienic requirements. the workplace air is characterized by elevated temperature, dust loading and microbial contamination. proceeding from the study of air contamination sources and causes, the recommendations on the improvement of air environment are presented. their application at cotton plants has provided the possibility of improving working conditions and reducing disease rates among workers.
