the state of bioelectric myocardium activity in 208 patients with chronic bronchitis exposed to cotton and quartz-containing dust was analyzed by means of 12 generally accepted ecg leads, additional right, high, low, posterior chest leads and leads according to nehb 130 ecg parameters were studied. proceeding from the methods of modern mathematical analysis, some highly informative indicators for the diagnosis of pulmonary heart in those with dust bronchitis were identified. informative value of additional ecg leads in the diagnosis of hypertrophy of the right ventricle was assessed. it was pointed out that the use of additional lower chest leads for the detection of positional shifts of the heart in the chest was highly advisable along with the use of the optimum registration level of additional leads during the ecg diagnosis of early signs of pulmonary heart.
