this work is concerned with fractionation of gossypol resin and utilization of its fractions for various purposes. the possibility of fractionation of gossypol resin is demonstrated and the fields of application of this readily available secondary waste product and its individual fractions in the national economy have been indicated; the fractions are superior in certain respects of the gossypol resin itself. 12 refs
