on the cotton clothes used in the production of certain kinds of bread, the growth of microorganisms is observed, mainly mycromycetes. characteristics of mycromycetes which contaminate cotton-fabric have been studied by authors. aspergillus niger, aspergillus flavus, rhizopus nigricans and penicillium notatum were identified.
