a first-generation, farm level recursive interactive programming model for analyzing the impacts of commodity farm programs on typical farms (fliprip) is described and demonstrated fliprip uses a specialized linear programming algorithm (xmp) and the farm management-policy components of flipsim. a texas cotton farm is analyzed using stochastic crop prices and yields under two farm policy options to demonstrate the type of policy data generated by fliprip. 31 refs
