the results of investigations of the relation of the absorption coefficient (a) in the region of 380-800 nm to the heating temperature of the following undyed fabrics: cotton 508, rayon 72, 110, silk 11,022, and capron 52,001 at t//1 $equals$ 110 $degree$ c, t//2 $equals$ 150 $degree$ c, and t//3 $equals$ 190 $degree$ c are presented. measurements of the spectral course of the absorption coefficient for the same sample were carried out twice: at a specific temperature and after 4-h cooling of this sample in air to room temperature (20 $degree$ c). 7 refs
