Asota GmbH of Austria has developed AM Saritized, a technique which makes the fiber permanently antimicrobial. Final products include socks, aminal baskets and bedding. The company has been producing PO fibers for 25 yrs and has perfected incorporating additives (eg spondyes, pigments) during fiber production.
