Cotton Incorporated's EFS System Suite software features Microsoft Windows applicable components that share data and functionality. Such open architecture facilitates software expansion as processing needs change. The three principal programs of the EFS systems are GINNet, MILLNet32, and QRCNet32. GINNet analyzes crop data for gineers and growers and features a data editor that permits the simple entry of new records to any table in the database, as well as simple alteration of data in existing databases. MILLNet 32 uses a client/server architecture to maximize operator efficiency in high volume data operations. QRNet32 accommodates electronic data interchange (EDI) document processing that bunches all of the functionality of QRNet32 for DOS into the user friendly environment of Microsoft Windows. It facilites creation, sending, and receipt of EDI documents.
