Rieter offers a full range of equipment for yarn manufacturing. The UNIfloc system delivers tufts sized for optimal carding and efficiently removes dust content. The Contimeter continuously measures the volume of fiber tufts in the feeding tubes of the carding machine, which helps to obtain a blending precision of plus or minus 1 percent. In combing technology, Rieter's E 760 R machine is the world market leader. This machine operates at speeds of up to 350 nips per minute. For rint spinning, Rieter offers the G 30 and G 5 series. Both models include integrated doffers and piecing up points. The G 30 combines ring spinning and winding in a single machine. For rotor spinning, Rieter's R 1 model operates at rotor speeds of up to 130,000 rpm and produces high quality yarns of coarse or medium fineness.
