Zinser manufactures a basic model of the 321 ring spinning machine, for processing short fibers, that can be retrofitted with auxiliary equipment and automation devices. This system of modular production is highly flexible, adjusting easily to individual production environments. The drafting line has a three cylinder, two cot design to achieve high production speeds and improved yarn quality. The Ciclo traverse motion at the entrance to the drafting line significantly increases the service life of the cylinders. The 321 has an efficient air filtration system that may be recharged manually or automatically.
