Neuenhauser Maschinenbau Gmbh ＆ Company and Schlafhorst developed the Autoflow system, an automated package removal system, to optimize processing at the Autocoro spinning plant between manufacture and delivery. Advantages of the Autoflow system include continuous package removal, reduced removal time regardless of the number of packages, improved internal logistics, fewer lot mix-ups, and reduced manual handling time. The Autoflow's modular construction makes it adaptable to customer space requirements. Modules available to further optimize the system include Check n Flow for automatic quality control; Store n Flow the buffer storage; and a central palletizer for stacking by article.
