Ming Chen Machinery Industrial Company of Taiwan manufactures blow room layouts for ring spinning, open end spinning, and manmade fiber extrusion facilities. The company's blowing machinery includes two automatic bale opening machines, premixing hopper feeder, single beater cleaner, MCK super cleaner, AM mixer, VCK super cleaner and flock feeder, and autochute feed system. The blow room machinery provides high efficiency waste removal of 65-70 percent and fiber damage of less than 1 percent. Ming Chen will connect the blowing machinery to any carding machine.
