In high performance spinning mills, where spindle speeds are 18 000 rpm and higher, the fluctuations caused by doffing and machine shutdowns influence the adjacent machines to such an extent that each ring spinning machine should have its own air conditioning and control system. This article describes such a system, how it works and how it provides extra control within the spinning process.
