Marzoli and U.T.I.T develop and manufacture automated materials handling equipment for spinning mills. Marzoli-U.T.I.T. products include the LTX 4 lap transfer, which links the sliver drawing winder to combers; the CMB automatic monorail circuit, which serves as buffer storage for roving packages and empty tubes on the roving frames; and the CMF monorail transport system, which transfers roving packages to the ring spinning frames and brings back empty tubes. Recently, Marzoli and U.T.I.T. have developed a creeling robot and a shuttle-based block creeling system for ring spinning frames.
