Crosrol has developed a new range of opening, blending, and cleaning equipment that is capable of complete bale-to-sliver processing. The large width of the blowroom line results in high throughput and productivity or gentle cleaning with throughput and productivity equivalent to conventional lines. Ease of maintenance is critical to the blowroom line. The number of components is minimum, and many are interchangeable. Investment and operating costs are lower than conventional lines because of the modular design.
