MLR's HFRM automatic bobbin sorting and loading unit consists of a container tilting device, empty-bobbin container, bobbin sorting and transport device, and a device to transfer empty bobbins into the bobbin infeed device at the spinning frame. Bobbins are transported horizontally from the empty-bobbin container to the bobbin buffer where they are correctly positioned for infeed. The bobbins are transported to the bobbin infeed device at the spinning frame. The bobbin buffer assures continuous provision of bobbins.
