Suessen's parafiL 1000 and 2000 spinning machines use the wrap-spinning method of producing yarns. All known textile fibers, including regenerated fibers, which are having a tremendous impact on bottom-line management strategies, can be processed into PL yarns. Until recently, utilizing regenerated fibers was not cost-effective. Today, Spindlefabrik Suessen has an entire production line devoted to producing PL yarns from regenerated fibers. The garment waste is processed on the Schrip Tearing Machine 38 Cll. The final opening of the material is achieved on the Masias Maxcard CD 100 X, which is a double card.
