There were few revolutionary developments in long staple spinning, woolen processing, or worsted processing machines at ITMA 1991. Most machines exhibited refinements and improvements to previous cleaning, feeding, and carding machines; worsted and semiworsted carding machines; and worsted combing machines are described. Gill boxes, drawframes, rubbing and flyer frames, and woolen spinning frames are also discussed.
