Process control has a significant impact on the quality of end products from yarn spinning mills. Such systems increase the output per spinning position and increase productivity rates. In the blowroom, process control optimizes yarn fealization and decreases lint waste and nep formation. During carding, process control reduces trash and improves the coefficient of variation percent during wrapping while decreasing the frequency of breaks. Process control increases operator safety at the drawing machine and improves product uniformity while reducing costs. During ring spinning, it reduces yarn faults and increases ring and traveler life.
