ICBT's JD 1200 air covering machine manufactures elastomeric yarns plied with polyethylene terephthalate and nylon yarn at more than 1,000 meters per minute. A new version will reach 1,200 meters per minute. The yarn path is completely straight shroughout the transformation process, which guarantees higher yarn quality. The JD 1200 is equipped with three delivery shafts to ensure optimal and constant flow. Positions are independent to facilitate flexibility. Each side of the machine can treat a different yarn.
