Electro-Jet SA manufactures Jet-1, Jet-2, and Jet-3 automatic bobbin handling systems for all types of bobbins used in ring spinning. Specifications include bobbin length and maximum diameter, type of transport and feeding systems, installed electrical power, air pressure and consumption, productivity (6,000-15,000 bobbins per hour depending on tube orientation), type of working control and safety devices, voltage, and layout. The Jet-1 unit has a box length of up to approximately 350 m/m; the Jet-1, 350-800 m/m with a height of up to approximately 400 m/m; and the Jet-3, 350-800 m/m with a height of greater than 400 m/m. System layout can be modified dependig on the requirements of individual facilities.
