Zinser Ring-spinning Systems manufactures roving machines, ring spinning machines, and roving bobbin transport lines in an integrated system. The level of automation can be adapted to customer requirements. A central computer controls the system. The RO-WE-MAT 670 roving machine is notable for its redesigned drive and automatic doffing. The 350 ring spinning machine has up to 1,488 spindles per unit and features a range of motors that drive a tangential belt at specified intervals. The unit has a Synchro-Drive multimotor drive system and a Synchro-Draft transmission system. The roving bobbin transport lines include the FIX-FLOW, a fixed system ideal for spinning mills with continuous production or infrequent product changes, and the FLEX-FLOW, a flexible linkage system for spinning mills with frequent product changes.
