Eadie Brother's SU ring and traveler combinations is used for spinning polyester, acrylic, cotton, and blended yarns. Compared with conventional rings and travelers, the SU's spinning geometry has undergone a change involving maximum traveler contact area, considerably reduced specific pressure of the traveler against the ring, efficacious abduction of heat, and increased latitude of movement for the traveler.
