Zellweger Uster's Ringdata quality and production monitoring system provides continuous on-line monitoring of quality and production data in an easy-to-read format. Production reports contain information such as pounds produced, pounds per spindle hour, efficiency, and stop times. Quality reports provide such information as end breaks per hour or end breaks per spindle. Exception spindle reports show the number of slow spindles per side, identify hose spindles, and show their deviation in percentage from mean rpm. Use of the machine produces better quality, lower labor costs, and efficiency.
