The Suessen EliTe compact ring spinning machine eliminates the spinning triangle to increase yarn strength, reduce yarn hairiness and fly, and improve operating performance. Extending the condensing operation up to the delivery clamping line, light tensioning of the fiber band, and rotating the fiber band around its axis during condensing allow the fiber band to reach the delivery clamping line with the fibers straightened, parallel, and optimally condensed. The resultant yarns can replace conventional two ply yarns or conventional combed yarns and do not require sizing or singeing.
