A process for conditioning textile fibers comprising the steps of : providing a structure having first, second and third levels ; providing on the second and third levels sliver cans having coiled sliver therein ; providing on said first level ringless spinning apparatuses ; feeding said sliver from said second and third levels ; conditioning said sliver by providing optimum temperature and humidity conditions on said second and third levels ; and providing said first level an optimum temperature and humidity environment for spinning sliver into yarn.
