Gualchierani manufactures large and turnkey continuous spinning plants, as well as doffing, packaging, and storage machines. Its systems feature automatic doffing and automatic mounting of empty tubes on turret winding machines. Brushless motors control doffer motion. Two spindles rotate 180 degrees around the doffer translation axia. Automatic positioning of the tubes ensures correct spacing between the tubes and the spindles. An automatic packing system encases the packages in heat shrinkable films. Automatic labelling and computer controlled loading of transport pallets simplify materials handling.
