This patent covers a particular scheme for the linking of a ring spinning machine with a winding machine. The transport device round the spinning machine is a synchronous endless belt with carrier attachments (for peg carriages) separated by the exact distance between spinning stations. Each station has its own doffing device. Full yarn packages are transferred at the end of the spinning machine to a conventional peg carriage. Similarly, empty tubes are returned on a conventional transport device and transferred to the belt with exact positioning along the spinning stations. IPC D01H B65H.
