Zinser's continuous spinning line consists of the RO-WE-MAT 670, 350 spinning machine, Synchro-Drive and Synchro-Draft control systems, Fix-Flow and Flex Flow transport systems, and CIM Tracks creels, which can be linked with Schlafhorst's Autoconer winding machine. The RO-WE-MAT 670 includes a drafting machine, flyer, bobbins, and a rail to transport bobbins. The 350 spinning machine has up to 1,488 spindles per unit. The Synchro-Drive and Synchro-Draft optimize performance and ensure synchronous operations, particularly with twist insertion. CIM Tracks creels link to the Fix-Flow and Flex-Flow transport systems.
