Consumers expectations of the yarn have reached a new level. With more and more corporate companies entering filed, competition in the yarn market has become stiffer resulting in high demand for quality yarn. At the same time, there is a heavy and continuous squeeze on price, compelling yarn manufacturers to reduce their cost of production. For reducing cost of production, one has to go for high productivity machines as cost reduction is major task of manufacturers in today’s globalisation and world wide recession. In place of flyer roving machine, the use of rubber frame in worsted spinning roving preparation enhances production and reduces cost of production.
