The utilization of the most up to date methods of theoretical and experimental research has been critical to the success of new spinning systems, particularly rotor spinning, and to the optimization of technological systems. This article outlines some of the models of technological processes that have been applied to research problems and discussed significant applications. The research models considered are the dynamic model, the probability model, and the mechano-physical model.
