Sucker + Mueller's multicolor warp dyeing and sizing plant produces colored denim warp yarns from Nm 8 to Nm 60. The plant comprises five to nine wetting, dyeing, fixing, and washing boxes with a warping capacity of 40 to 80 meters. A computerized system controls dye and size addition, which ensures optimum reproducibility of color intensities and colorfastness. The installation can be extended by the addition of a warp mercerizing pretreatment porcess. The plant allows for quick color change and high porduction speeds. Dyestuff recovery and waste purification systems are included.
