A fabric comprises a woven substrate with flock fibres adhesively secoured to one face. The fibres are thermally set into a flattened and laid-down condition. A breathable, waterproof film is laminated to the other face of the fabric, so that the substrate is between the film and the adhesive. IPC B05D B32D.
