Savio introduced the Twist Master, an automated optical sensor that ensures good spindle control and computerized monitoring. The Twist Master offers S or Z twist control identifies stopped spindles, and monitors spindle speed. The Twist Master features modulated infrared signals, self calibration, and autoleveling of all sensors. It provides such data as classification of detected yarn faults, statistics on defective spindles, production statistics, and length of the yarns produced.
