West Point Foundry's Model 844 Warping Creel has a V-type design with two creel wings. It is equipped with yarn stop motions and clamping devices. Empty yarn packages are exchanged for full yarn packages by a roller chain-driven mechanism. Each creel is eqiupped with blower fans to remove accumulations of fly and dust and a semi-automatic cutting device. The creel is built in versions for package diameters of 254 and 305 millimeters.
