The influence of the fibre characteristics over the destroying modulus of the core yarn structures (Romanian) (Influenta caracteristicilor fibrelor asupra modului de distrugere a structurli firelor cu miez)

The paper presents the results of the study of the influence of the shield fibre participation quotas over the destroying modulus of the core yarn structure. There have been spun and accomplished Nm 40, Nm 50, Nm 60 yarn having the filament core textured from polyamide 44 dtex＼12 f, and the shield of two types of carded cotton, each yarn version being tensioned with αw = 70; 85; 100; 115; 130. the traction behaviour of the core yarns is different from that of the conventional ones, they being destroyed by breaking at higher elongations, structure breaking or simultaneous breaking. For each yarn version, there have been established the frequencies of the breaking types, indicating the factors which influence them. The paper contains recommendations regarding the obtaining of the core yarns having a stable structure, therefore a good processability during the ulterior mechanical processes.
